When I was 5, I took my first steps on a gym floor where I discovered rhythmic gymnastics, a demanding and stimulating discipline that I practiced until the age of 15.
Then I encountered fitness in all its forms, from STEP to stretching, including LIA, HIIT or even zumba!
Over time, yoga became part of my practice.
Then, a few years ago, I discovered Pilates: a FAVORITE!
Then, I discovered power yoga: a LOVE-AT-FIRST-SIGHT experience!
From these revelations was born my desire to share these passionate disciplines.
My goal is to convey the pleasure and well-being associated with the practice of these great activities thanks to a personalized, targeted and progressive approach in a benevolent atmosphere. This is why I prefere working with small groups: from 2 to 3 people indoor, 4 to 8 outdoor.
Holder of the CQP ALS AGEE, certifications in fundamental Pilates, Pilates with equipment (band, Swiss ball, foam ball, ring, roller), Power Yoga and Yogalates, I had the chance and the privilege of being trained at the Frugier Fitness School by Evelyne Frugier, an internationally- renowned trainer.
Bilingual French-English, I teach in both languages.
